I learned that others need the hope I carry. In my short life, I have seen that my faith is exponentially bigger than my fears. That I have hope in my future because of the God who was with me in my past. And people who are experiencing the same challenges I once did but have not yet overcome need to hear my voice. They need to know that breakthrough is not just possible—it’s probable.
I made it through because I always make it through! I am resiliency personified. As I look back at a journal entry from June 2024, I am stunned by the growth. Tears well and fill my eyes because, holy moly, I can’t believe this is my life! This is the life God and I co-created this year.
And for too many of us, they turned into self-hatred so deep, so consuming, that it felt like an unbearable truth. But what if I told you that everything you’ve believed about yourself—the shame, the doubt, the fear—was never true? What if I told you that you were made in love, by love, for love, to love? That the world doesn’t get the final say—God does?
May we flow in Your grace, knowing that You created us 70% water and 100% capable. With You, nothing is impossible, and in You, we are victorious. It’s already done. Amen.
I realized I needed to go back to 2024, to begin again. But when I tried, I encountered resistance—big resistance. Something stood in the way. And yet, through it all, I held tighter to the steady thread, the one with God holding the other end.
You, My dear, were created in love, by love, for love, to love! Your life is unfolding. Allow it to unfold with ease and grace. Like a flower in bloom, so too, are you!
God, I thank You that I reserve the right to change my mind. I thank You that I am happy, healthy, healing, whole, and well. I thank You that with You, there’s nothing in this world I cannot do.
Reflecting on the moment when the impossible happened, I’m amazed by how often we dismiss what we can’t explain. Guarding your heart isn’t about withholding but about creating space for God’s timing to unfold. There’s a season for every revelation, and not every thought or plan is ready to bloom just yet.
When I listen, God speaks to my innermost being, to my interstitial spaces. When I obey and act by faith, God moves big and bold on my behalf.
How amazing it is that even as I sleep, God is restoring my body, renewing my mind, and whispering divine truths to my soul! Lord, teach me to trust You more deeply, more fully, more widely. Help me to rest in the peace of Your presence and to embrace the lessons You weave into my life, whether they come through moments of clarity or quiet reflection or loud clangs of cymbals.
