God, I thank You. I thank You for the work that I do. I thank You for the lives that I touch. And I thank You, God, most especially for the lives that touch mine!
Thank You that there is not one single thing in this world that I cannot do without You. Thank You, God, that who You are is good. Thank You, God, that who I am is good too, because I am a reflection of You. You are Light, and I too am light. God, help me to be bold and brave and courageous enough to shine my light like a city on a hill.
Help me be bold and courageous enough, God, to shine my light so that I can be seen like the light, God, that You called us to be. You call us to be seen, not so that we can be seen, but so that You in us can be seen. We are divinity personified. And God, I thank You that You literally are the Light in my life. That You light up my life. I thank You, God, that You are the lamp unto my feet. I thank You, God, that Your way is better than my way. And I thank You, God, that even though sometimes I take the smallest steps and they don’t even look like steps, I thank You, God, that I know that You are working within me gently and deeply. I know, God that as far as the east is from the west, not a single thing can separate me from Your love.
I thank You, God, for my clients. I thank You, God, for each and every one of my clients under my care. I thank You, God, that You are doing mighty and miraculous things. As low as they are now, the equal opposite awaits them—far greater than the equal opposite! God, because Your equal opposite, when You said “greater,” when You said that You will do “exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think”, when You said that in Your word, it was like a promise! And Your words are not void. I thank You, God, that each and every one of our prayers does not return to us void, because You are the God who hears all and sees all and knows all, and “Let us not grow weary or become discouraged in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, if we do not give in.”
At the right time, if we do not grow weary, God, You will reward us! You will give us the reward. God, reward me. Help me, God, to not grow weary. Help me, God, to rest in You so that I may not grow weary. Help me, God, to do the work that You have called and purposed and created me to do. Help me, God, do more, be more, see more, know more, trust more, feel more! Help me, God. Help me heal others, God, and help me heal. Help me heal myself! Thank You, God, that in You I have the power to do every single thing that I need to do. Thank You, God, that in You there is nothing—not a single thing!—that I already do not have or am not.
Thank You, God, that even though I am becoming, I thank You, God, that I already am. Oh, thank You, God, that even though I am becoming, I thank You, God, that I already am.
You said in your word, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Light.” I thank you, God, that even though I am becoming, I already am.
Post Script (PS)!
As we conclude, remember that every step in faith reflects God’s presence. If you missed the earlier parts, revisit “Unlock Your Worth: The Power of Asking and Receiving” to explore the blessings of embracing your worth, and “Dare to Ask: Uncovering the Courage to Dream Boldly” to discover the power in asking for your heart’s desires.
May these reflections guide you as you walk in God’s light and embrace His love.
I am enough because who You are is more than enough. Thank You, God, that I have enough time and enough love and enough money. And I thank You, God, that even though I may not be fully together, even though I am still developing, I thank You, God, that Mr. Joval knows that and sees that, and that when he sees me, God, he sees a good thing. Thank You, God, that I am a good thing. Thank You, God, that Mr. Joval and I together are going to make the devil quake. We are going to cause hell to be scared. Thank You, God, that Mr. Joval and I are who we are—powerful, bold, mighty. Thank You, God, that our words are strong enough to heal—to heal not only ourselves but each other. Thank You, God, that my words and my beliefs for other people are so powerful that they would allow them to see themselves as You see them, even when they don’t yet see themselves that way.
Thank You, God, for each of my clients. I thank You, God, for all that You have done in their lives. I thank You that You have broken them, that You have gotten them to this point where they know they need You, where they must rely on You.
Thank You, God, that Your will, not mine, be done. Thank You, God, that Your will and mine are becoming one!
As the Serenity Prayer says, “God, grant me the serenity.” Grant it to me, oh God! I am asking You boldly and courageously. God, grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change. God, grant me the courage to change the things I can, and God, please, above all, give me the wisdom to know the difference between what I can change and what I cannot.
In Your mighty, matchless, heavenly name we pray. And so it is. Amen!
