Stay in the present. Let go of the past and future, and stay in the present. 3 in 1– all now, all here, all one.

There’s no need to let go of the past or the future because I hold it all now. Time isn’t linear, it’s a spiral, all unfolding in this moment.

Time Is a Spiral: Everything You Were, Are, and Will Be Lives Here Now

At this moment, my past decisions are ever-present. In this moment, the DNA of my ancestors still course within me. Closer to me than I am to myself. In this moment, my future is made.

So no, I can’t let go of the past because it’s within me. Breathing now with my own breath. The present — the future of yesterday also here now. And tomorrow, also forged and created in this moment. Will I or won’t I? Will I give my notice this week or won’t I?

Deep breath to honor the past, acknowledge the present, and speak life into my future. 3 in 1 — like God the Father, Holy Spirit, & Son. 3 in 1 like mother, daughter, and grandma. 3 in 1 like 3 dimensions. 3 in 1 — out of many, one. 3 in 1, because I contain multitudes. 3 in 1 — perfection. 3 in 1, like the children my mother carried in her body when she was born. 3 in 1 — many generations existing in the same being. In the same body. 3 in 1.

Deep breaths. Stillness. Known. I know love because stillness and I AM still. Be still & know that I AM love. I AM love. I AM loved. I AM lovable. I AM easy to love for those who love themselves & know themselves. I AM easy to love because I. AM. LOVE!

Love/ God/ Universe/ Source, Ancestors, and Angel Guides,

Thank you that who I was is who I AM is who I will be. I am her… Yes, aaalready!
